This New York restaurant just banned James Corden for being ‘a tiny cretin of a man’ – but they’re doing it so he can have a party for his LGBTQ+ friends

The New York restaurant where James Corden was told he couldn’t host his LGBTQ+ anniversary dinner says they have banned him because they don’t like the idea of a tiny, cretin of a man who isn’t gay
In what appears to be a new twist on a long-running battle about the rights of LGBTQ+ customers, a New York restaurant has been forced to ban an openly gay celebrity chef from their popular event because they don’t like the idea of a gay man.
James Corden, star of The Late Late Show and host of CBS Sunday Morning, was told by the owner of the restaurant, the Ritz-Carlton, that he couldn’t host an annual queer night at the hotel. A Facebook post by the host said the restaurant was doing it for the event because, ‘if you are a non-gay and non-queer person, you will not have anything to do with us.’
However it appeared that the event was in fact not about what James was saying, but about the fact that he was a ‘tiny, cretin of a man’, according to a photo that appeared on his Facebook page in October – alongside a post about the restaurant’s annual gay night.
In a statement, the Ritz-Carlton New York said James ‘doesn’t represent the guests of the Ritz-Carlton New York, and we were disappointed in James’ decision to host such an event with his LGBTQ+ guests.’ Instead, the hotel said they are ‘looking at ways to accommodate James and his LGBTQ+ friends.
